We presumed that September 7 would be the launch date, and that has proven to be correct. According to iClarified, the phones will be in over 900 stores on the 7th.
There will be a limit of one phone per customer, and pre-orders will not be taken.

Based on a scanned photo at Unwired View, it seems that Rogers will be selling the BlackBerry Bold for $399, but only with a 3-year contract.
Given the low price of $199 (US) for the iPhone, with only a 2-year contract, this seems pretty insane. We'll see how well they sell, ...
